What does the product do?
Our products offer integrative solutions to the greenhouse farmer or the small-scale farmer which allow the monitoring and control of environmental and irrigation factors like temperature, moisture, irrigation, humidity and air current.
is there anything i need to have installed before i can use the new live solution?
Ideally, the greenhouse or house farm needs to be connected to the power grid and have a working irrigation solution already installed. In case your farming site does not meet these requirements, we will help you set up and gain access to these systems via our growing partner network. Also, we can offer partial solutions that, for example, only allow for temperature and air current monitoring and control.
does it come with any warranty and support?
All our product packages come with a mandatory 2-year parts warranty and a limited service warranty. We offer customer support during normal working ours.
How does the sales process work?
Please start with a free consultation over phone in order to assess your needs and on-site availabilities. Once you choose the package with the features that you like or need, we can send over a specialist to map the integration process. They will map out the current venue and its pre-existing systems and technical conditions. Following the site visit the consultant will write a report, based on which we will send you an offer.
How long does the installation take?
Every farming venue is unique. For example, greenhouses have different technical availabilities - some are connected to the electric grid, others are not; some have sophisticated irrigations systems in place, others rely on very basic setups and some simply have no systems in place. A typical installation usually takes a few weeks from start to finish, however depending on the layout, topography or other technical specificities, installation times may vary significantly. We will try to accommodate your time-constraints as much as possible while keeping you posted on the various reasons your specific installation time may deviate from the average.
